If you’re a landlord, the law demands that you have all gas appliances at your rented property checked every year. boilerPRO are registered Gas Safe ® engineers, fully authorised to carry out this work.
To receive your Landlord Gas Safety Certificate, or CP12, we need to test all your gas appliances, including gas hobs, ovens, cookers, boilers, gas fires or wood burners. Our friendly local expert will check that all appliances are working normally, and that the carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide being produced is within recommended levels.
If any of your appliances don’t pass the tests, we can try to repair them for you.
