This company went above and beyond the norm in my experience, the work was for my elderly aunt in Sutton, and I was dealing with the problem from South Wales. We were advised when the plumber would attend, and was able to put my aunt at ease with name and time of plumber arrival to avoid any upset. Plumber was polite, respectful, professional and liased with me at every step of the way.
